Behind Le Chat Qui Dort, we are 2 brothers: Baptiste & Julien.
We opened our 1st property with 4 apartments in 2016. Originally, Baptiste left his full-time job in finance to create Le Chat Qui Dort : an ambitious project combining his love for the city of Lille, and a taste for old stones (or beautiful bricks!). Then began our 1st project : renovate our first property in Lille, in the old district « Vieux-Lille » (18 rue des Archives).
Julien joined Baptiste in the adventure a year later, keeping in mind the same objective : offer our clients high standard apartments in the best locations of the city and facilitate their stays.
« Together, we combined our entrepreneurial spirit and our requirement to develop 5 properties. In each of our 29 accommodations, we want to offer a different experience from what can be seen elsewhere, especially in the classic hotel industry. The North is a welcoming place, and we are delighted to keep this tradition!«
