What precautions are being taken following the Covid health crisis19?
Hydro-alcoholic gel is available in each of our establishments in the common areas.
Our kitchens and bathrooms are equipped with soap dispensers for easy hand washing.
We have strengthened our cleaning protocol and regularly disinfect our spaces, paying particular attention to contact areas such as door handles, lifts, stair railings, etc.
Flats are systematically ventilated for at least one hour. Cleaning staff wear masks at all times.

We are available from 08:00 to 23:00.
Are there any additional costs to the booking price?
No, the price shown is all-inclusive: bath linen, bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning in particular.
How to pay?
A deposit of 30% is payable at the time of booking.
The balance must be paid at the latest the day before the arrival date. Payment is made via a secure payment link (3D Secure) sent by email.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of 500 euros may be required. This is a pre-authorisation on a bank card. This will be cancelled on the day of departure provided that no damage is found.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Following the Covid-19 health crisis, we have relaxed our cancellation or modification conditions. The conditions differ depending on the booking platform (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia).

How is the arrival in the flat?
All our flats are independently accessible. You will be given access codes with instructions on how to do this the day before your arrival.
What time can I arrive at the flat? What time do I have to leave the apartment?
All our flats are accessible from 4pm at the latest. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us directly (a supplement may be required).
The flat must be vacated by 12 noon at the latest. Late check-out is possible subject to availability (a supplement may be required).
What facilities do the flats have?

What are the rules to be respected in the flats?
- All our flats are non-smoking.
- Any celebration is strictly forbidden.
- No persons other than those mentioned at the time of booking are allowed in the flat.
- We ask our guests to limit noise after 10pm.
Can I leave my luggage before and after check-in/check-out?
Our Vieux-Lille III property has a secured luggage room available to all our guests. It’s free and can be accessed from 8am on the arrival date up to 10pm the day you check out.
Is it possible to have an invoice?
